The standard free Mai Tai from Costco for all Hawaiian inbound flight!
After arriving, we made a pit stop at Hamura Saimin which features old fashioned Saimin (aka egg noodles). I heard that it's a disappearing art in Hawaii and saw all the noodles making equipment that they still use everyday.

Nothing beats sweating all the pores out, eating hot noodle soup at 80 deg F at 80 percent humidity! Reminds me of Singapore all over again!
This is their lilikoi chiffon pie (aka passion fruit). A piece of heaven for the baker-wannabe in me! They have managed to create a structure that's light and airy, yet bouncy and structurally sound!
It's kind of fun pushing that around and seeing how it tremors and shakes, without falling.
oh calories! how i love u ! =)
After lunch, we made a costco run to stock up on booze and a few steak dinners essentials
Pono Market
And load up on ahi poke in Pono Market on the way to Westin Princeville.
